Zeek went to work, crunched its numbers and came out with a powerful Income Disclosure Statement for its
affiliates and the numbers say it all.
As good as it sounds already, it’s still not good enough for Zeek. They want to become one of the great
companies in direct sales. Zeek understands that it’s good to have a program where many affiliates can earn a
strong income but to be a great company, they have to focus on long-term sustainability. Zeek’s Founder Paul
Burks, and his COO Dawn Wright-Olivares have vowed to do whatever it takes to ensure the Zeek division and
income opportunity are here for the long haul. That includes doubling and tripling their auction schedule this past
quarter, adding incredible, high-value auctions, expanding their affiliate services department exponentially and

World’s first distributor compliance course
Apple’s CEO Steve Jobs was known to be obsessed with perfection. Dawn Wright-Olivares has made preserving

Specialist Howard Kaplan; and leading direct sales law firm Grimes & Reese, as their compliance attorneys. Zeek
is rolling out Attorney Kevin Grimes’ online compliance course to all its affiliates. Zeek has made the “Do’s and
Don’ts” course mandatory for all U.S. affiliates as well as all 43 modules for Zeek’s compliance team. WrightOlivares collaborated extensively with Grimes to develop two additional versions of his compliance course to
better suit the needs of all levels of Zeek affiliate from beginner to leader to support their different levels of
compliance education requirements.
Zeek’s compliance course will educate its affiliates with what they need to know, do and not do every step of the
way, whether they are just starting out in MLM or are a 20-year veteran and industry leader. A well-known,
industry-wide problem that many companies face is that very few affiliates ever read their company’s compliance
guidelines in their distributor agreement or their policies and procedures. This has historically led to companies
having issues. Zeek’scompliance course and initiative are being designed and implemented to address this issue
head-on and to educate network marketers about the laws that govern our industry. They believe that because
most networkers are involved in multiple programs, the education and training they are making mandatory will
have industry-wide impact.

There are four ranks, Distributor, Manager, Executive and Senior Executive, with minimum PV qualifications of 10
PV, 50 PV, 100 PV and 600 PV respectively. All ranks must have at least two personally sponsored active Preferred
Customers. Senior Executives must also lead a strong sales team with at least six personally sponsored Manager
ranked affiliates or higher.
At ZeekRewards you can earn your way through the ranks, but if you purchase a Diamond premium subscription
and qualify by sponsoring two Preferred Customers you instantly rank as an Executive and are able to sell all of
your own products and services through your Diamond-level, fully customizable e-com store.
Unique retail profit system
The Zeek retail profit system is unique too. No matter how you start, no matter what your rank, no matter which
premium subscription level you sell, you earn a 20 percent profit. So if you start with a $10 per month Silver

Three generations of 100 percent matching bonuses
These three matching bonuses (MBs) can exponentially increase your income. Just personally sponsor three
Preferred Customers (PRC) and you earn a 100 percent MB on up to 32 people’s two-by-five matrices on your
fifth level. Sponsor a fourth and earn a 100 percent MB on up to 1,024 premium subscriptions two-by-five
matrices on their fifth level. Sponsor a fifth and earn a 100 percent MB on up to 32,768 people’s two-byfive
matrices on their fifth level. That’s a lot of overrides!
Generation bonus
Leaders who sponsor six active Managers or higher rank also share in a company-wide generation bonus pool
that is equally shared with no limits. There is no limit to how much you can earn in ZeekRewards.
Retail Bonus Pool
There have been a multitude of shoppers who have purchased bids to participate in Zeekler’s penny auctions.
Each week thousands of bids are purchased by new and old customers alike. The current customer-to-rep ratio is

Qualified Executives and higher earn a 10 percent direct sale commission on all of their personally sponsored’s
sample bid purchases and five percent override on their second-level referral sample bid purchases, if they
qualify.
If you have sponsored many qualified Preferred Customers, your overrides can easily exceed your daily awards
and that can be a lot of income.

One percent of sales companywide goes into a pool to fund fun in the form of contest and incentives. This keeps
