I enjoyed this book because a lot of unexpected things happened and what the characters did was interesting. I did not like when Catherine's brother had some temper tantrums and I did not like that catherine always had to take care of her little brother. My favorite character was catherine’s mom because she does a lot of things for her family like sometimes takes care of David and she takes care of 2 kids by herself because the dad is never around. The main character changed by learning that Catherine takes care of David to much. I would recommend this book because so many interesting things happen and the moral of the story is a good moral. I give this book 4 stars because I liked everything that happened but I did not like David.
