2014 ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT CEREMONY
SALAMENO SCHOOL OF HUMANITIES AND GLOBAL STUDIES
The outstanding student in POLITICAL SCIENCE goes to CATHERINE MORRIS.
Catherine is a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta First Year Honor Society, the
National Collegiate Honor Society, and served as president for Pi Sigma Alpha. She
was also a SSHGS Senator for the Student Government Association and a SSHGS
Student Ambassador.
In the spring 2014, Catherine participated in the Phi Alpha Theta Northeast Regional
Conference with work entitled The Revitalization of the Right Due to the ERA & Phyllis
Schlafly.
Catherine studied abroad at the University of Deusto, Bilbao, Spain in the summer of
2013. She also interned at The Advance Group Political Consulting Firm Co-op and
Adam Gussen for Congress.
Catherine is pursuing a career in the field of political consulting.
