Fares - please have exact fare when boarding the bus. Driver
cannot make change. $1.00 bills and coins only.

PVTA Customer Service Centers are located at 1341 Main
Street in Springfield and at the Holyoke Transportation Center at
206 Maple Street. Call 413-781-7882 for hours. Representatives
can help plan trips, answer questions and provide ID cards.
Please, no smoking, eating, drinking, profanity, obscene language
or pets on the bus. Listening to electronic devices require the use
of headphones. Service animals are allowed to travel on the bus,
but cannot occupy a seat.
Travel Training PVTA now offers Travel Training for seniors and
people with mobility impairments who are motivated to learn how
to safely and independently use the fixed route system. Our Travel
Trainers provide personalized, one-on-one instruction which takes
each trainee’s unique needs and abilities into account. Travel
Training is provided free-of-charge except for the trainee’s bus fare
while training is taking place. For further information please check
