1. The promotion starts on Friday 29/10/10 and shall last up to Monday
28/02/11 (the “Promotional Period”) or until stock of scratch cards lasts,
whichever is the earlier.
2. There are in total 56 prizes to be won, namely 1 star prize of Rs 50,000,
5 cash prizes of Rs 5,000 & 50 cash prizes of Rs 500.
3. The promotion is open to the general public excluding minors, MCB Group
staff and anybody professionally connected with the present promotion.
4. For each MoneyGram transaction effected during the Promotional Period,
the customer shall be eligible for one scratch card.
5. For the Rs 500 cash prizes, winners can claim their prizes directly at any
MCB branch upon presentation of the winning scratch card and their
respective identification documents.
6. For the Rs 5,000 and Rs 50,000 cash prizes, winners are requested to call in
person at MCB Product Marketing Department, 9th floor, MCB Head
Office, Port Louis and shall be awarded the prize upon presentation of the
winning scratch card and their respective identification documents.
7. Winners shall have up to 6 months after the end of the Promotional Period
to claim their prizes. Prizes which are not claimed after this period shall be
remitted to the National Solidarity Fund.
8. Scratch cards which are lost shall not be replaced.
9. The names of the winners will be published in the press. Subject to consent,
the winners may be required to participate in publicity such as press.
10. By entering this promotion, each participant shall be deemed to have read
and understood these Terms & Conditions and be bound by them.
11. The present promotion is organized under the supervision of the Gambling
Regulatory Authority (GRA).
