Andrew Schuster

Since 1981, Schuster has been a partner in Brigham Moore’s Miami office. Prior to that, he
was a staff attorney for the Florida Department of Transportation, representing the state’s major road building agency in condemnation cases statewide. More recently, he has represented
property owners in condemnation cases.
He is active in several bar associations, including terms as the editor of the Tallahassee Bar
Association’s newsletter and vice chairman of the Florida Bar’s Eminent Domain Committee.
Schuster recently completed a two-year term as a director of WPBT Channel 2 and has
served as an elected commission of the Plantation Acres Improvement District.
He counts his parents as his role models: his mother has always emphasized education, the
importance of knowledge and being prepared; his father has always demonstrated profound
concern for the ordinary man and the need to protect everyone’s rights and liberty.
