Line 50 on California tax forms 540 and 540A (Reference: Revenue and Taxation Code, Section 18773) provides for funding for the Triple-A Council of California. This funding supports TACC activities which focus on training, leadership development, and information sharing and advocacy on new and emerging issues of concern to California Seniors. Taxpayers eligible for the senior exemption on line 9 (generally, those over 64 years old) may specify on line 50 a contribution up to the amount on line 9 as a contribution to the California Seniors Special Fund.
