Preparing lesson plans generally teachers determined the item of character that consisted of more than 5 item characters on 2 –hours lesson. In practice these characters are taught only as try and error. These characters are not measured in seriously. Now, it is the time to implement the characters education in each subject with meaningful and measurable. Learning scenario is on each learning subject in 2 hours lesson concentrate only one character. To select one character depend on the characteristics of the learning subject and the characteristics of students. With the selection of appropriate learning methods for a subject of teaching, this selected character will be integrated in process. The purpose of this study are 1) to describe how to build the character for the students on a study, 2 ) to show that the built character gives positive influence on the thoroughness of the cognitive outcomes of teaching materials. In order to accelerate the achievement of learning objectives School laboratory is created, namely a miniature form of instructional media abstraction real situation in the field relevant to teaching materials. Research tested on several subjects: mathematics, physics, skill, and Civics. The results showed 1 ) Suryani/Sukestiyarno , 2012 implement the learning method (LM) CTL with School laboratory on the subject reflection in physics, managed to form the critical and creative character, 2) Subekti/Sukestiyarno, 2012 implement LM STAD integrated with E-Learning in subject trigonometry mathematics succeeded in forming the hard work character, 3) Isnaeni/Supartono, 2013 implement the LM PBL itegrated with Lab School in subject organize fruit in Skill succeeded in forming the entrepreneurship spirit, 4) Lusiana/Lestari , 2013 implement the LM CIRC in subject learning laws in Civics succeeded in forming the honesty character. From these findings explain that only one character is seriously measured and give the problem solving to the students accelerate succeed in forming character. Learning methods and instructional media strongly supports the establishment. The built character has a positive effect on achievement test of the subjects. Keywords: character education, integration, School values , and the values of the integration into the behavior of students daily through the learning process, which takes place both inside and outside the classroom on all subjects. For high school students is an unstable person in the act. Drastic changes can occur either from the negative to the positive or even vice versa. Therefore, they are very necessary guidance, mentoring is ultimately the faith. They need to be prepared to live in the community or further studies are programmed. On the basis of the demands of the law above, that character education is the responsibility of every teacher. Intended teachers can integrate character education into their subjects. Actually, teachers are INTRODUCTION Quality of human resources today must be able to reflect the high quality, in the sense that it is able to implement an innovative program development, creative, productive and high work ethic. With the decline of Law UU No 20 of year 2003 the concept of character education that gets attention. Character education is the foundation. It means to achieve the goal of education should be programmed such that achievement through character education as well. This study only deals with the integrated character education subjects. The purpose of this study is 1) to describe how the formation of character in high school students are integrated with each subject with the help of laboratory School, 2 ) showed that the formation of character gives positive influence on the thoroughness of the cognitive outcomes of teaching materials. The idea came from the successful program School Kidzania in Jakarta. Kidzania Jakarta is a kind of edutainment theme park located in Pacific Place, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia. By the way learners learn through miniature will help students easily grasp the concept. Because the study population are high school students who've grown so named teeneger - Zania (abbreviated School). Laboratory School packaged as a miniature form of abstraction adapted to the situation on the basis of competence or learning model is applied to learning. Learners are expected to capture the abstract concepts through the miniature can be more easily and quickly becoming the way of doing transactions incident , treated as props or mockups , or by the connection between the real situation with the miniature. Learning character education is the responsibility of every teacher in lesson which is needed special attention .
