Andre Serero
Andre will be facilitating the integrated group coaching sessions.
He is an expert in strategic leadership, organizational design and
talent management. He also teaches at the Ted Rogers School of
Management and previously served as Executive Vice President of
CTVglobemedia Inc., providing strategic counsel to the CEO and
senior executive team.
Françoise Morissette, M.Ed., P.C.C.
Françoise is a top-rated management instructor at Queen’s
University’s IRC, and the Alberta’s School of Business. She is also a
Fellow of the Wallace McCain Institute.
Michelle Chambers, HBBA, M.Ed.
Michelle is a top strategic planner and brings over 25 years of
teaching and consulting experience working with individuals,

Glem is an award winning Talent Strategist, and Program Director

The Executive Program in Municipal Leadership commences at 8:30 a.m.
and ends at 5:00 p.m. on each program date.
Seating for each program is limited, please register early.

In-Company Training
This and all SEEC programs can be delivered on-site or customized for
your group’s needs. For all custom program enquiries please e-mail

You will receive a handsomely framed Certificate of Completion from SEEC.
Participants must attend all days of the program in order to receive
the certificate.
IMPORTANT: A deposit of $800 is required to secure your place in
the program. Please include your credit card information on faxed
or online registrations, or mail a cheque along with your completed
program registration.
• If you are unable to attend the program, you may transfer to the next
session or your organization may name a replacement candidate.
Non-attendance or withdrawal after program start date will incur a
full program fee.
• A full refund will be issued for written cancellations received a minimum
of 15 days before the program start date. Written cancellations received
after this date will incur an administration charge of $800.
