This is a friendly reminder that school bus riders who are on the Quarterly Payment Plan must
purchase their new bus pass prior to the start of the next academic quarter (as scheduled
below) if they wish to continue riding the bus after the break. Please remit your payment to the
school office either in person or by mail (Do not mail cash) on or before the due dates listed
below. Payments made by check, money order or cashier’s check should be made payable to
“Department of Education.” Please call the school office for more information. (673-7400)
As a reminder, there is a $25 service fee for all returned checks (payable to “Department of
Education”) (Chapter 40-35.5 H.R.S.) also a $5.00 fee to replace a permanent bus pass and a
$2.00 fee to replace a temporary bus pass.
1st Quarter:
Round-Trip= $72.00
One-Way = $36.00
Due by: July 29, 2015
2nd Quarter: Round-Trip = $72.00
One-Way = $36.00
Due by: Oct. 2, 2015
3rd Quarter: Round-Trip = $72.00
One-Way = $36.00

One Way Bus Coupons: $12.50 for one sheet of 10 one-way coupons (cash only)
The Department of Education has a strict “NO REFUND” Policy on all school bus pass
purchases. For this reason, we strongly urge you to consider your child’s transportation plans
carefully before submitting your application form. One-way bus coupons are also not refundable.
