Some ideas for stretching yourself

Extraverts: Like to shoot from the lip. Count to ten
before jumping in with a thought. Practice listening.

Introverts: Like to think before speaking.
Deliberately waste words and blurt things out. It is
okay to repeat yourself sometimes.

Sensors: Like to be grounded and
focus on the present. Let your
imagination roam a little. Brainstorm
ideas for next week or even tomorrow!

Intuitive: Enjoy thinking about
possibilities and the future. Practice
noticing how things touch, taste, smell,
feel, and sound in the present without
attaching any meaning to it. Just be!

Thinkers: You like to be objective and
impersonal when making decisions.
Think about the other person’s point of
view. Consider how you feel about
what is happening.

Feelers: You want everyone to be in
agreement. Try to not to rescue others
when disagreements happen.
Sometimes disagreements are a
healthy and natural part of the process.
5

Judgers: You tend to want closure,
organization, & deadlines. Practice letting
things happen sometimes.

Perceivers: You have many projects going
on at a time. Try to finish something
important ahead of schedule.
