Notice of Purchase of Treasury Stock and Completion of
Purchase
(Purchase of treasury stock based on rules of the Articles of Incorporation pursuant to the provisions
specified in Article 165, Paragraph 2 of the Companies Act)
Future Architect, Inc. (“the Company”) purchased treasury stock pursuant to the provisions
stipulated in Article 156 of the Companies Act. The Company did so by following the provisions of
Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the same act, as described below.
The purchase of treasury stock pursuant to the resolution made at a meeting of the Board of
Directors held on February 7, 2013 completed with the purchase of treasury stock mentioned above.
