ALERION: TREASURY SHARES BUY - BACK
With reference to the treasury shares buy-back plan, Alerion Clean Power S.p.A. informs to
have purchased, between the 12th November 2014 and the 21th November 2014, n. 40.000 of
treasury shares at an average unit price of Euro 2,6410 per share, for a total equivalent value
of Euro 105.638,20.
