ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Course & Examination The ServSafe® course and examination is a nationally accredited course required by many restaurants prior to promotion to a management position. Participants must read the textbook ServSafe® Manager 6th Edition thoroughly prior to class. The pace of this one-day (8 hour) review session is rapid and the test will be administered at the end of the class.
