MEET THE DIRECTOR A Meet & Greet Ice Cream Social with new DRC Director, Rick Gubash Bio Rick Gubash is the Director of the Disability Resource Center (DRC) and Program Access Coordinator at UC Santa Cruz as of May 2015. He received his bachelors in Psychology at the University in Minnesota Twin Cities Campus and his Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from Minnesota State University Mankato Campus. His entire professional career has been dedicated to service to people with disabilities.
