All tuition and fee charges at the University of Hawaiÿi campuses are subject to change in accordance with requirements of
State law and/or action by the Board of Regents or the University administration. Your tuition is based on the number of
credit hours for which you enroll, according to the following rates (subject to change).
Students enrolled in applied music courses will be assessed a fee of $100.00 per one credit and $200.00 per two or more

Students enrolled in studio art courses (ART) regardless of the number of studio art courses, will be charged a single
$35.00 flat fee per semester. Students enrolled in studio art courses will also be assessed a laboratory fee ranging from
$35.00 to $340.00 per course (Art Studio Core, Ceramics, Drawing/Painting, Digital Media, Exhibition Design, Fiber, Glass,
Photography, Printmaking, and Sculpture). A listing of courses with the fee amount is provided in the Registration Guide
and at the Course Fees website.
Students enrolled in selected Academy for Creative Media courses (ACM) will be assessed a course fee of $175.00 or
$200.00 per course. A listing of courses with the fee amount is provided in the Registration Guide and at the Course Fees

Students enrolled in selected natural science courses (ASTR, BIOL, BOT, CHEM, ICS, MICR, PHYS, and ZOOL) will be
assessed a laboratory fee ranging from $25.00 to $100.00 per course. A listing of courses with the fee amount is provided

Students enrolled in selected courses in the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR) will be
assessed a course fee ranging from $25.00 to $100.00 per course (ANSC, BE, FAMR, FDM, FSHN, MBBE, NREM,
PEPS, and TPSS). A listing of courses with the fee amount is provided in the Registration Guide and at the Course Fees
website.
If you are enrolled in only a Dissertation 800 course for 1 credit and classified as a non-resident, please inform the
UH Cashier's Office to adjust your tuition before paying. Your tuition and fees should be charged at the resident rate. If
more than 1 credit or other courses are taken, your tuition will be based on the non-resident rate for all classes enrolled.
Note: Tuition for Outreach College extension courses is additional and paid separately from your regular UH Mänoa “day”
school tuition. Visit the Outreach College website for additional Outreach College payment information.
