Banks
’ credit limits when the Standby Letter of Credit is received. It is the sole and full responsibility of the participants to guarantee that the Bank selected from the list above is aware of, agrees with and meets these conditions. Should
Banco do Brasil S.A., London Branch not ratify the Standby Letter of Credit, the collateral shall be considered to all intents and purposes as not pledged, with
BM&FBOVESPA, Banco BM&F de Serviços de Liquidação e Custódia S.A and/or PMSP not being held liable.
