Blackburn Vikings Back to Business with MIBT For immediate release Blackburn Vikings would like to welcome Melbourne Institute of Business and Technology (MIBT) for another 12 months. MIBT joined the Vikings family for 2014 and will once again be a partner in 2015. MIBT is an alternative pathway into Deakin University undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. MIBT Diploma courses are equivalent to Deakin University's first year bachelor degree.
