Nursing & Allied Health Scholarship and Support Scheme: For students intending to
apply for one of the following accredited courses- Diploma of Enrolled Nursing, Bachelor of
Nursing, Bachelor of Midwifery or a combined Nursing/Midwifery degree. Worth $10 000 per
year, full time study.

Study tourism, travel and events at the Flight Centre Academy: If you are passionate
about travel, the outdoors, working with people, and interacting with people from different
cultures, you may be suited to a career in tourism. Flight Centre offers vocational courses in
travel, tourism and events at the Melbourne campus. Most of the content is online and you

Deakin Assured Offer Program (DAOP):
DAOP provides eligible year 12 students with the certainty of receiving an offer of a place in
the selected Deakin courses in November. Furthermore, it guarantees an offer even if the
Clearly-In ATAR increases next year. The program acknowledges the hard work VCE
students put into their final year and minimises the stress of waiting for an offer in January,
so students can enjoy a well-earned break.

La Trobe University:
Vice-Chancellor's Excellence Scholarship
As a La Trobe partner the school will again be allocated a Vice-Chancellor's Excellence
Scholarship this year. Scholarship recipients receive $6,000 per year for the normal duration
of full time study, including Honours, and are also given a range of other benefits including a
study abroad scholarship to the value of $1500.
Applications for the scholarship open in the coming week and will remain open until Friday
17 October 2014.

Monash Art, Design and Architecture (MADA) Workshops: Monash University is hosting
three days of workshops for Year 11 and 12 students interested in studying creative
disciplines.

The Explore VU Information Series allows students to visit our campuses, hear about their
