SOLUTIONS About the wide area in National Parks the most effective solution will be to use RPAS Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems to monitoring the area, «your eyes in the sky», information from the third dimension in combination with different sensors and software for automatically detection of treaths, supported from the ground with a new generation off invisible Laserliths, surveille ground sensors like radars. All in combination with a communication network and transmitted to the Ground Control Center. Our focus was to make a configuration for a long endurance and long range RAPS witch can stay nonstop over night in the sky. The RPAS must be easy to operate, low operation costs and robust with a high quality of the videos to give in realtime best information to act on threats supported by software for automatically detection of potential threats. The configuration allows to fly 100km in Line of Sight (LOS). If you install the GCS in the middle of a mission you reach 200km (100km in radius). SOLUTION I You use the GCS as Portable Ground Control Station, launcher, antenna and RPAS as equipment in your car. In this way you are independent for the missions. SOLUTION II The installation will be fix in a “Checkpoint” or ranger offices. There you are limited of the range, depending the environment like mountains etc. It’s also existing the possibility to install on pikes relay antennas to enlarge the range for the needs the customers have. If the customer like to have a mobile solution to be independent then the launcher and parachute is the best way. Alerts will automatically be generated from the FOC system and will immediately be sent to the relevant security forces and the nearest RPAS to provide real time aerial surveillance of the incident site. As such the perpetrators of the incursion are unaware of their detection and persistent surveillance until the security forces interdict them. FOC works also as fence protection. COMMUNICATION The installed FOC doubles as an effective high-speed terrestrial communication medium. In combination with the MFR it delivers a holistic tactical communication systems including wireless and Ethernet communication bearers. The FOC will provide a physical connection to the centralized C2 center and will act as the primary backhaul for the various MFR cells. WE WORK WITH T.S.P.R. As there are many animals we will have lots of “Hot-Spots” but to make a difference between animals, human and cars it’s not difficult. Sensors will give support to all other efforts. INFORMATION As we have not much of information it would be the best first to visit the POI Point of Interest to study the situation, make presentation with the rangers, have some interviews to work together out the best solution.
