Pcard Application Process Please review the following instructions to accurately fill out the Pcard application. Once you have read the instructions, please access the Pcard application at https://www.netappsaccess.com/Login_user.asp. Please note that any inaccurate information on the application will cause it to be declined and a new application will have to be submitted. Depending upon which campus you report to, use the following login information. Norman Login: uofonorman Password: pcard HSC Login: uofohsc Password: pcard Once you log in to the NetApps system you will be required to accept the Electronic Communication Consent agreement. Since the application process is completed online and the bank is not able to obtain your physical signature, this agreement basically states that when you click “Agree & Continue” you are acknowledging that this action shall constitute your signature. After accepting the Electronic Communication Consent Agreement you will receive access to the application. When completing the application please remember that: • The name on the application must be listed as it is with Human Resources. • Your employee id must be listed as it is with Human Resources. Please note this is your six digit employee id that appears on your paycheck. • Your email address must be a university email address, ending with @ou.edu or @ouhsc.edu. • All approvers must have signature authority. • When completing the business address please use the billing address for your department. PO boxes are not acceptable addresses. • Accounting information must be entered in full. Incomplete information will not be accepted. • For HSC – A full chart field spread must be entered. That spread includes your GL Account, Fund, Org, Program, Subclass and Project/Grant. Example: • For Norman – Both your department number and account number must be entered. Example: • On the card settings section of the application the field labeled credit limit is your monthly credit limit. The single purchase limit field is your single transaction limit. The University defaults are a monthly limit of $25,000 and a single transaction limit of $5,000. • The Pcard team does not have the ability to change the information on the application. Therefore, if any of the information listed is incorrect, the application will be declined. Sample applications are shown below. HSC APPLICATION NORMAN APPLICATION Once the application has been submitted, you will be required to click “Agree and Continue” to the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions require that you abide by OU Pcard rules and regulations as well those set forth by MasterCard. After accepting the Cardholder Agreement and terms and conditions, a pop-up window will appear advising that an email notification will be sent to you requesting application confirmation. The required confirmation validates that your email address is correct and that you did in fact apply for the card. You must confirm the application, within three (3) business days, or it will be declined. After you confirm the application it will be routed to your approver for their confirmation. ***Important - your application cannot continue without this.*** Please click the following link to confirm your application: https://www.netappsaccess.com/confirm.asp?appid=259664 ***Please Do Not Reply To This Email.*** The approver will receive an email notifying them that an application is pending approval. The approver will then be able to approve the application online and electronically submit it to the Pcard team. The approver must confirm the application within ten (10) business days or the application will be declined. After the application is approved, you will be issued a Pcard within 5 business days. You will be notified by the Pcard Team regarding when and where you can pick up your card. Remember, you must attend Pcard training before you can receive your Pcard.
