Since 1997, SAM Assessment and Training has helped hundreds of thousands of educators and students improve and test
their skills in the Microsoft Office suite and other computer concepts.
SAM 2010 Assessment, Training, and Projects: With SAM 2010, instructors will enjoy the flexibility of creating
assignments based on content from their favorite Course Technology Office 2010 books or based on specific course
objectives. Instructors will appreciate the scheduling and reporting options that have made SAM a leader for over a
decade.
Students will be able to complete their SAM assignments in the realistic environment that will mirror the Office 2010
applications, as well as Windows and Internet Explorer coverage. The inclusion of hands-on Projects will guarantee that
student knowledge will skyrocket from the practice of solving real-world situations using Office 2010 software.
Note: Throughout the 2010/2011 school year, our developers will continue creating content for the SAM 2010 platform
beginning with “introductory-level” exams, training, and projects. Several updates are planned throughout the year with
“advanced comprehensive-level” exam and training content included in the summer 2011 update. Adopters of SAM 2010
will have access to all new Assessment, Training, and Projects content as it is added. In addition, the integration of digital
textbooks, an optional add-on to SAM, will occur over the summer months. Your sales representative will be glad to
