A process of effectively communicating to our customers need to be developed looking at all systems, trades of tools etc. • Customers must get communication of their parcel on time • The customer is not in a position to interact and get information of their item because it is sitting somewhere on a screen. If the parcel arrive on time the consumer (recipient) cannot reply or cannot give us further instructions. • We are not following the trend in the Logistic market of giving greater visibility MENTORSHIP Guidance will be provided by the Process Planning and Development Team of the Mail Business Division within the South African Post Office.
