Criteria for General Membership: From Founding document entitled: THE INTERNATIONAL BOARD OF AFRICAN HISTORICAL ( TRADITIONAL) THINKERS - Page 13: Africentric individuals or groups are those who, for all practical purposes, primarily practice, perceive, think, and interpret reality or phenomenon from an African cultural background, regardless of ethnic heritage, or nationality. They totally use African names (first and last), practice an African religion (PtahRa), wear African style clothes and hairstyles, and are cooperative: economically, socially, religiously, politically, and militarily. They are centered in African culture, even within an Eurocentric (white western) environment.
