Training
is aimed to project team personnel and to upcoming
Project Managers, without restriction to any industrial area. This
training course is valid for the CAPM® (Certified Associate in
Project Management) assessment preparation, it includes an exam
simulation and it provides an amount of 23 valid contact hours.
Altran’s PM courses are customized to fulfill learner’s current
knowledge and are tailored to Customer’s requirements with
exercises on tool and techniques.
Course duration: 2-5 days.
Advanced Project Management Training Course
aimed to already experienced Project Managers without restriction
to any industrial area. This training course is valid for PMP® (Project
Management Professional) preparation and certification, it provides
35 contact hours and it includes an entry test and a full exam
simulation.
Course duration: 6 days.
Base and Advanced Training Course in Planning
Management(*) with technical applications on dedicated
software tools, are aimed to Project Managers, Project Leaders,
Planners, whose focus is to increase their skills and technical
knowledge in project planning. Advanced Training Course is suitable
for the PMI-SP® (Scheduling Professional) assessment preparation
and it includes an entry test and a full exam simulation.
