Faculty Position Heat Transfer and Thermal/Fluid Sciences Naval Postgraduate School Monterey, California The Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering seeks applicants for a tenuretrack faculty position at the assistant or associate professor level in Heat Transfer and Thermal/Fluid Sciences with the emphasis on Energy Systems. Candidates must have the ability to teach at the graduate level, obtain a security clearance, and create nationally recognized research programs. Exceptional candidates at the associate professor level will also be considered. Adjunct research faculty, lecturers, and postdoctoral positions in all areas in the department are also available. Candidates must have an earned Ph.D. in Mechanical/Aerospace engineering or a closely related field. Good oral and written communication skills are essential. The Department has 15 tenure-track faculty, 22 adjunct faculty, and 16 support staff and offers Masters, Engineers, and Doctoral Degrees.
