Stephanie, a 20-year-old college student studying nutrition, has recently
become very interested in vegetarianism. Learning the various health
benefits has sparked her interest. However, Stephanie is concerned she
will not be able to consume adequate amounts of certain nutrients.
Stephanie is an endurance female athlete weighing 59 kg (130 lb.).
