Please read assigned chapters and/or cases and materials before coming to class. All topics included in the assigned readings may not be covered in the lecture. The goal of the lecture portion of the class is not to tell you what the book says, but rather clarify m o r e complex issues, provide a forum to examine complex topics in more detail, a n d / or provide updated coverage of specific areas. As well, material discussed in class may not necessarily be found in the assigned chapters, thus it is important to attend all class lectures. Attendance Attendance is required. You are ultimately responsible for any materials covered in class.
