Luckily for all us health-minded students out there, the IFNH has opened Rutgers Dining Services newest venue, Harvest, to the public. Saying that the members of the RU Healthy Dining Team have taken a liking to Harvest would be an understatement! Here are some of the team’s favorite dishes. This dish pairs well with the daily greens.” “I like to start my day with the quinoa “The brown rice salad with avocado and pancakes topped with fresh fruit grapefruit is to die for! Besides the creative and fresh toppings, such as asparagus and goat cheese, the pizzettes are a lighter, tastier and whole grain alternative to your average pizza.” TAYLOR’ S TABLE “Harvest never fails to provide a healthy, delicious meal, despite my food intolerances! My favorite entrée has been the dairy-free, gluten-free butternut squash risotto served with a side of mixed grilled veggies.” LIQUID HARVEST MEET THE CHEFS AT HARVEST FLAT IRON GRILL CORTNEY’S CUP “If you’re looking for a quick energy boost, give the freshly made smoothies a try. My favorite is the Green Gingersnap.
