2011-2012 academic year.
 Responsible for don selection, training and providing daily support,
including overnight on-calls and responding to emergency situations as
necessary.
 Provides referral information to staff and students at the residence, and
meeting with students and dons to address policy violations or provide
ongoing general support as necessary.
 Responsible for assisting with both divisional and University wide
planning and execution of don training.
 Sits on the University College Residence Council as an ex-officio
member to advise on University of Toronto and University College
policies, procedures, and programs as appropriate. Holds regular
meetings with the Core-Executive to discuss current issues and plans for
the council.
 Sat on the University College Literary and Athletics Society as an exofficio member to advise on U of T and University College policies,
procedures and programs as appropriate. Held regular meetings with the

 Worked with two First-Year Learning Community Life Science groups
at University College as an administrative advisor. This included
providing programming and administrative support to the mentors and
students, and conducted the mentor selection for the 2010-11 school
term.
 Conduct the admissions process for the residence buildings, including
managing application timelines, assessing applications, assigning rooms,
processing payments and maintaining occupancy levels to ensure
optimal revenue.
 Attend recruitment events for University College, providing information
to students and families about residence and student life at the
University of Toronto.
