For further clarification on any of the items below, please contact the Finance Office. 1. HOSPITALITY FACILITIES The hospitality facilities are mainly for use by ACI students and ACI Programme participants. It is also available to Churches and other Institutions for educational programmes and programmes that fall in line with the objectives of the Institute. Requests for use of these facilities can be made in writing to the Assistant Registrar, ACI or by e-mail to registry@acighana.org and copy to kofiasiedu@hotmail.com. Users are expected to pay a 25% deposit of the estimated bill to confirm their request. 2. ACADEMIC FEES All students are required to pay their fees at the commencement of each academic year as part of registration. Students who wish to pay their fees by semester or by block must apply in writing to the Registrar. All first year students are required to pay at least the first full semester’s (or block’s) fees within the first week of the semester or block, failing which they will be requested to defer their studies until they make the required payment. If for some reason a continuing student is not able to pay his/her fees at the time of registration, he/she must submit in writing the reason for non-payment within the first week of the semester. This will inform the Institute on the course of action to be taken. Please find below the rates for Accredited Programmes offered at ACI.
