Test scores are available immediately after completion of the exam. HESI scores are valid for 2 years. The student can repeat the test ONLY if they scored under 75% on a required test section and must repeat that section within the same “eligibility period” as the first exam. Scores from both Version 1(V1) and Version 2 (V2) may be combined within the same “eligibility period” only. Eligibility periods are: January 1 – May 31 June 1 – August 31 September 1 – December 31 Student must wait 2-3 weeks from the first exam date to register for VERSION 2 Admission Assessment test. If a student fails the exam on the second attempt, student must wait until the next eligibility period to test.
