Go to https://evolve.elsevier.com/
and log in
Click on “HESI Testing and Remediation”,
then “My Exam & Remediation.”
If you do not see “HESI Testing and
Remediation”, then click on “Register for a HESI
Exam” and follow the instructions.
Click on “Exam Payments”
Enter the Payment ID number that
was on the calendar.
Please fill out all information below *Disregard “Payment Due
By”, your date and time is the one you chose on the calendar.*
Fill Out Credit Card Information
Print receipt and bring it and an ID on your test date 30
min. before it starts. (We only accept DCCCD ID and
Driver’s License.)
