Design, plan and implement global compensation philosophy, strategies, organization leveling, programs and policies for both sales and non-sales for base, incentive, equity, retirement vehicles as well as spot bonus and reward initiatives. Manages the global salary administration including vendor/survey selection, market analysis philosophy and tools and reporting vehicles for the organization. Conducts and enhances the alignment of innovative pay to performance strategies including the performance management process and tools, merit, incentive and equity reviews and associate communications. Life-Work Initiatives: Oversees the design and management of life work initiatives in support of talent retention and motivation including company leave programs, paid time off, flexible work arrangements, health and dependent care initiatives, and other offerings at a local level.
