Leads the strategic and tactical planning for global compensation, benefits and ownership
vehicles in alignment with the competitive, financial and human strategy. Ensures
competitive positioning, return on investment and tools to attract, motivate and retain top
talent world wide. Compensation: Handles the Board of Director Compensation
Committee activities including year end review of positioning, executive compensation
analysis, quarterly reporting and committee response management in partnership with the
Chief Human Strategy Officer. Contributes to key executive compensation
documentation including annual reporting. Design, plan and implement global
compensation philosophy, strategies, organization leveling, programs and policies for
both sales and non-sales for base, incentive, equity, retirement vehicles as well as spot
bonus and reward initiatives. Manages the global salary administration including
vendor/survey selection, market analysis philosophy and tools and reporting vehicles for
the organization. Conducts and enhances the alignment of innovative pay to performance
strategies including the performance management process and tools, merit, incentive and
equity reviews and associate communications. Manages compliance activities for global
plans and policies. Benefits: Defines the global harmonized benefits (health, welfare,
support services, etc.) offering for current and expanding markets in collaboration with
external consultants and senior management. Manages the broker relationship and drives
effective performance and return on investment including annual review of benefits
offerings, strategic improvements or cost savings opportunities, employee
communications and technology advancements. Defines and implements ancillary
benefits and rewards in alignment to key growth needs, talent development and global
competitive marketplace. Oversees administration of all benefit, health and welfare
programs worldwide. HR Technology. Oversees the management of HRIS tools,
employee self-service, privacy law compliance and advancement of HR communication
vehicles within total rewards and employee information. Life-Work Initiatives: Oversees
the design and management of life work initiatives in support of talent retention and
motivation including company leave programs, paid time off, flexible work
arrangements, health and dependent care initiatives, and other offerings at a local level.
Compensation committee and executive compensation management approach, timeline
and tools in collaboration with the Chief Human Strategy Officer. Global compensation
philosophy, programs and policies including localization where necessary. Employee and
candidate communication vehicles for total reward offerings
Selection and implementation of global total reward surveys and vendors corresponding
to appropriate evaluation, analyses and summary documents for the organization.
Implementation of short-term and long-term strategic and tactical total rewards planning
including annual processes and 3 year compensation strategy.
