Practice workshop
A breastfeeding practice workshop is offered
once a month for pregnant women at least 34
weeks pregnant. Support persons and loved

AWAKENING GROUP
Description :
The Awakening Group provides a meeting
place where parents can exchange with one
another on subjects regarding children 18
months to 5 years of age. Workers are
present to animate the sessions as well as
provide the necessary information and tools
for challenges or difficulties that parents might
be facing.
Duration : 5 meetings
Themes :
The meetings will follow the following
themes : child development, parenting
models, anger management and discipline.
There will also be a meeting on a subject that
is chosen by the group.
Childcare :
Parents who participate in the group may
bring babies less than 18 months with them to
the meetings. For children over 18 months,
there is childcare provided in a nearby room.
