Duties included making digital prints from hard copies or electronic files, binding and
shipping to customer per time requested.

In July, Mossner, IDM promoted me to Branch Manager of their satellite location.
Responsibilities were: production of large and small format jobs, contacting customers and
keeping them abreast of the status of their job, making work orders, managing one
messenger and making sure jobs got in and out on time, maintain job database (job list,
production and machine waste, etc.), machine maintenance, inventory control and overall
work flow of office.
