Curtins Consulting Engineers Job Description Job Title Civil/Infrastructure Engineer Location Nottingham Office Key Tasks & Responsibilities To manage civil and infrastructure engineering works on a variety of projects including initial enquiries with Local and Statutory Authorities, obtaining technical approval, design and detailing using AutoCAD. Person Specification Knowledge: Ideally have a degree in Civil Engineering Relevant Codes of Practice, Design Standards, Building Regulations and Health & Safety legislation. Industry Software including AutoCAD, WinDes, AutoTrack and PDS software packages. Knowledge of BREEAM, Code for Sustainable Homes and SuDS. IT literate High level of technical competence Skills and Abilities: Proven ability as a Civil/Infrastructure Engineer. Holds a valid driving licence. Personal Qualities: Confident and self motivated. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, management and staff.
