EVA4000 –

Overview of the Enterprise Virtual Array and its management via the Management Appliance, describing the components, and
outlining the concept of block level virtualisation of storage. It will show how the array offers optimal performance and resilience by
using disk groups and Vdisks. The demo highlights the ease of configuration and management of the array via Command View
EVA. The standard demo presents volumes to Proliant Windows 2003 servers complete with SecurePath (DMP) software loaded
for high availability. The demo can also include volumes mounted on Linux and UNIX (HP-UX and Solaris).

This demo gives an overview of snapshot/snapclone capabilities using the HP Enterprise Virtual Array, how the technology can be
used to solve problems and how the technology can be deployed. A live demo of snapshots can then be given. Snapshots are
managed from the Management Appliance and a full overview of the Business Copy UI will be given. This will also include an
overview of Replication Solutions Manager.

A demonstration of real time replication between two Enterprise Virtual Arrays. Continuous Access EVA shares an integrated
management interface, called Replication Solutions Manager (RSM), with HP StorageWorks Business Copy offering a unique,
unified replication management approach. RSM manages all local and remote replication features across the full EVA array storage
family. This demonstration shows the features of replication using the simplified RSM interface.
MSA1500 –

Overview of a SAN backup solution describing the components and outlining the concept of SAN attached offline storage.
InTechnology’s standard demo utilises the EML library with Ultrium460 LTO-2 FC tape drives. The library can be used with HP
DataProtector 5.5. The Master / Cell manager server is a Proliant W2K3 server, but we can also show the backup of Linux and
HPUX.
