 Attend and participate in the weekly meeting with Client/ Resident Engineer and
Consultants and resolved the issues that may arise.
 Prepares and manage correspondence, reports and documents, RFI’s and route them
appropriately to each section for action.
 Responsible in monitoring daily/weekly/monthly report of on-going project
construction and recommend some measures to ensure the completion of the
targeted work schedule.
 Monitors and control the flow of material deliveries, manpower and equipment
requirement for the project area.
 Give assurance to the promptness of operation and coordinate with other
department of discipline involved.

engineers/architects/supervisors

departments/discipline involved in the on-going project construction about the
advantages and disadvantages of the project operation and consolidate all possible
solutions to resolve problems encountered, and make recommendation to the
Construction Manager for final decision.
 Performs and acts other related function upon request/ order of the Construction
Manager as the need arises.
 Train all labor and supervisor to carry-out their designated work task.
 Make all quality control checks in the field/completion of all quality control records
and handover to interfacing department/discipline.
 Identify the possible non-conformances on production items. Maintains record of
deviations from approved drawings suitable for production of as-built drawings.
 Monitors progress against detailed construction schedules then report to
Construction Manager on any slippage.
 Preparation and Implementation of Quality Health Safety and Environment Manual,
Plans and Procedures for the Project.
 Prepare the Safe Work Method Statement and Risk Assessment.
 Ensures all work is carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with project safety
manual requirements.
