People Policies Job Description Human Resources & Training Assistant HR & Corporate Services Reports to: Human Resources & Training Manager Responsible for: No other staff Job Purpose To assist with ensuring high levels of administrative and clerical service and support are provided to the Human Resources & Corporate Services Team To assist with all aspects of human resources and organisational development Main Objectives of Post To support the development and implementation of efficient systems of administration, data recording and office management in order to provide a high quality working environment and service to members.
