Tax Credits
Overview As part of Banc of America Public Capital Corp (BAPCC), a wholly owned
subsidiary of Bank of America N.A., Tax Credits originates, invests in and syndicates
tax credits associated with a wide range of
tax-driven transactions such as Housing, Historic, New Markets and various other
markets. By acting as an arranger, placement agent and investor, the group can present
all the alternatives for a tax credit purchase and provide the optimal solution.

Syndications We work closely with our sales teams to provide a flexible,
solutions-oriented approach to meet your equipment financing needs. Our investors
include foreign and domestic banks and bank leasing
companies, commercial finance companies, insurance companies and independent lessors.
Our principal products are single investor tax leases, term loans, leases intended
for security, non-tax operating leases, and multi-party participations (tax and
non-tax).

Our Global Portfolio Trading and Acquisitions team manages our portfolio of leases,

timely divestitures and restructurings that take advantage of secondary markets and
changes in the leasing landscape. The team also evaluates third-party portfolios for
potential acquisition and frequently provides partnership, securitization, and
structuring expertise to our marketing groups for new product development and
structuring around an issuer's unique objectives. Portfolio management services and
other structural solutions are also available to third party lessors as alternatives
to an outright portfolio sale.
Indirect Originations
Our Indirect Originations team seeks opportunities to purchase or participate in
single investor
transactions ranging in size from $1 million to $50 million. Our sources include
national and regional bank
leasing companies and commercial finance/leasing companies. Principal products are
single investor tax leases, term loans, leases intended for security, non-tax
operating leases, and multi-party participations
(tax and non-tax).
Investment Management We offer portfolio management and servicing of lease portfolios
to companies who no longer desire to increase the highly structured transaction
segment of their leasing business. You may choose this service if you hold a portfolio
of seemingly illiquid investments and would like to benefit from our state-of-the-art
origination, servicing, syndication and work-out expertise with structured lease
