INTRODUCTION:
GLOBAL AUTOMATION & CONTROLS PTE LTD (Popularly known as GAC) was incorporated in
Singapore in Year-2000 to provide reliable services on Hydraulics and Specialized Automation
for the industry as well as for the off-shore / marine industries.
Over the years, In this region, GAC has become one of the most active in Hydraulics and
Automation service provider for the marine industries
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
GAC provides quality service, fast respond time and efficient services for the Vessel / Ship’s
hydraulic Cranes, All types of crane installation, commissioning and alignment checking,
Controls, Anchor Windlass, Winches, Steering Gear Controls, Cargo Control Valves, Servicing,
Repair-work, Modification, Hydraulic Pumps, Motor Overhauling, Hydraulic Pipe-line flushing,
Condition Monitoring, Tank Gauging, Draft Gauging System, Boiler Management, ACC System,
Boiler Instrumentation, Control Systems, Oil Discharge Monitoring including testing and also
commissioning of the system by our experienced service specialists.
Apart from repairing, retrofitting and redesigning we have dedicated project teams which has
the specialization in the installation, testing and commissioning of hydraulic cargo and ballast
valve remote control operation, instrument pneumatic tubing’s, gas deduction system and
piping installation and commissioning of deck hydraulic systems, and fire water systems as
well.
ORGANIZATION CHART:
EQUIPMENT AND INSTRUMENT CALIBRATION LABORATORY FACILITIES:
For all types of hydraulic systems, we have, various flow, pressure rated hydraulic power
packs for testing, pipe line flushing facilities as well as for rental also. Other than this we too
have rugged high pressure recorders, test benches to conduct dynamic performance testing of
hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, accumulators and various specialized controls up to a
maximum pressure of 30,000 PSI. We have the latest equipments to check the contamination
quality of the oil samples on-line or bottle sampling system.
For instrumentation and control system testing we do have the equipments for testing and
calibration of pressure gauges, transmitters, Flow Controls and Temperature Controllers.
