Who does not want a Muslim and Pakistani Pakistan Mr. Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Chief Minister Punjab Mian

Faisalabad:

Dec:
Astonishments, surprises and
uncertainties are part of Pakistani
politics because it is such a
delicate bird that is still learning
to know how to ‘live’ and act
because of long dictatorship
history in Pakistan. The people of
Pakistan selected PML(N) after
masses were fed up with the
policies of PPP that ruled Pakistan
earlier for 5 years and during the
elections Prime Minister Nawaz
Sharif promised that he is all to
‘change’ Pakistan and to ‘change’
the policies adopted by PPP
because PM Nawaz assured
masses that the policies of his
opponents
have
destroyed
Pakistan to the limits. Chief
Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz
Sharif another leader of PML(N)
who is ruling Punjab for last many
years and has also served Punjab
as a CM who was considered an
opposing CM for the federal
government during his previous
tenure assured the masses of the
largest province of Pakistan that
Punjab is suffering due to the ill
management by the than federal
government and all PML(N)
efforts were futile till the time the
policies by the PPP government
continue. People of Punjab
accepted his plea and helped him
to get a second historic success. In
the same manner Pakistan Tehrike-Insaf and Mr. Imran Khan
during and before the elections
2013 in loud and clear terms
announced that he and his party
want a ‘changed’ Pakistan where
there would be no load shedding,
there would be ‘peace’ there
would be no war activities etc.
The people of Pakistan accepted
the plea by Mr. Imran Khan and
his party is ruling KP province. So
far the Sindh province is
concerned matters there are
complicated because it appears
that in Karachi people voted for
harassment terror, discrimination
and lawlessness but it is a fact that
in Karachi MQM continued its
win although all the political
parties including government and
opposition
parties
jointly
complained the election ‘rigging’
there in Karachi and a few cases
in the counts are underway. It is
also a fact that people of Pakistan
struggled a lot to bring in free and
independent judiciary in Pakistan
and Pakistani lawyers along with
honorable judges struggled hard to
established free and independent
judiciary in Pakistan and media
reports are witness to the fact that
under the dynamic leadership of
Honorable
Justice
Tassaduq
Hussian Jillani the free and
independent judiciary is there to
provide justice to Pakistan. So far
the defence of the country is
concerned the Chief of Army Staff
General Raheel Sharif is a
professional General who belongs
to a family that maintains the
history of gallantry and is having
the honor to be having two
Nishan-e-Haiders in the family. It
is also a fact that the present
government
reduced
load
shedding, it tried to control the
increasing rates of dollar in
Pakistan. It tried to establish that
Pakistan is an independent and
sovereign country. It registered
internationally that the most
important concern of Pakistan is
‘disputed Kashmir’. But it is also
the fact that still the marked
improvement needed to be seen in
the society is miles away. Still
majority Muslim Pakistanis those
belief that Prophet Muhammad is
the last and final Prophet God has
deputed for the guidance of
mankind feel insecure and feel
that ‘teachings’ by Prophet
Muhammad peace be upon him
are not only given a place as such
deserve but also in many policy
measures are badly ignored,
moreover they feel that Pakistan a
country that came into being to
protest and secure the rights of
Muslim majority is the property of
few those are neither Muslims nor
Pakistanis and are least concerned
with the ‘lives’ ‘religion’ and
properties of majority Pakistani
Muslims. Furthermore still each
Pakistani feels that his voice is not
hard as it deserves to be,
opposition
is
on
roads
‘uncertainty’ prevails and national
character is heading towards ‘mob
psychology’ a situation that
recently Egypt Libya faced and
many other countries like Jordan
and
Syria
even
European
countries like Ukraine are facing
why is very difficult to answer
because ‘religion’ is always more
dear to life and wisdom and any
nation that feels that their internal
beliefs are not save not only
becomes unpredictable but it is
also difficult to control such
‘groups’ and the ‘wisdom ‘needed
to
address
such
delicate
psychological states perhaps is
much needed in Pakistan because
India and persons under scientific
‘behavior change moves and other
incentives including ‘economic’
by India in Pakistan some under
the cover of so called’ liberalism
are putting hard to make Pakistan
a ‘problem ridden state to make it
a pocket state of India and
millions of Kashmiris have
already sacrificed lives and honors
to save Islam and Pakistan
thinking that Islam and Pakistan
are more important than all the
things and Chief of Air Staff Tahir
Rafique Butt as a Kashmiri knows
about this fact . Now the question
is that if Prime Minister Nawaz
wants a Muslim and Pakistani
Pakistan if
CM Punjab Mr.
Shahbaz wants a Muslim and
Pakistani Pakistan as both
promised
during
previous
elections if Imran Khan of PTI
wants a Muslim and Pakistani
Pakistan and if Chief of Army
Staff General Raheel Sharif wants
a Muslim and Pakistani Pakistan
as it is mentioned in his oath as
COAS and if Chief Justice of
Pakistan
Honorable
Justice
Tassaduq Hussian Jillani the
custodian of the constitution of
Pakistan wants Muslim and
Pakistani Pakistan and above all if
the majority Muslim Pakistanis
want Muslim Pakistan than who is
there in government and among
masses who does not want a
Muslim and Pakistani Pakistan
and recent Karachi operation has
revealed many facts?

system remained successful in the

The
accountability court on Monday
adjourned the hearing of National
Accountability Bureau’s (NAB)
references
against
former
president Asif Ali Zardari until
January 9.Accountability court
Judge Muhammad Bashir was
hearing the case pertaining to the
five references against Mr Zardari.
The court couldn’t indict the
accused in polo ground reference
because
of
his
absence.
During the course of hearings,
counsel for Zardari, Farooq H.
Naek said his client has security
issues due to which he could not
appear in the court.The court
during the previous hearing had
asked Farooq H. Naek to write to
the government for arranging
necessary security and Naek today
informed the court that a formal
request was made accordingly, but
no
response
received.The
references against Zardari include
polo ground, SGS, Cotecna, ARY
and Ursus tractors. The court had
already acquitted other accused in
these
references.The
accountability court took a suo
motu action and reopened five
references against Zardari in
October 2013. Earlier, the
references were deferred because
he
enjoyed
constitutional
immunity during his tenure as
President
of
Pakistan.
Addressing the media, Farooq H
Naek, said he had written a letter
to IG and interior secretary for
foolproof security of his client. He
said Zardari was facing security
threats, lamenting that the
government couldn’t even provide
adequate security to Benazir
Bhutto.
Zardari
would
be
presented after security clearance,
he added.Naek assured that Asif
Zardari would be presented in
court after security clearance.
He said that cases were pending
against Zardari since 1997, adding
that all cases were baseless. He
also said his client earlier spent
more than eight years in jail. The
case has been adjourned till

Karachi 23 Dec, A Pakistani court
on Monday said it was unable to
lift a travel ban on former military
ruler Pervez Musharraf, a day
before his trial for treason was due
to
start.Musharraf's
lawyer
petitioned the Sindh High Court
last month to remove the retired
general's name from an "exit
control list" (ECL) so he could
leave the country to visit his sick
mother in Dubai.The 70-year-old
has faced a range of criminal
cases since returning from selfimposed exile in March but there
have been rumours a deal would
be struck to let him leave the
country, to avoid the all-powerful
military being embarrassed by
having its former chief tried by
civilians.Musharraf
lawyer
A.Q.Hallipota said the Sindh court
in Karachi had ruled that as the
government imposed the travel
ban, it must decide on whether or
not to lift it."A two-member bench
of the Sindh High Court has ruled
that it did not put Musharraf's
name on the ECL," A.Q.Halipota
told AFP.He said the court asked
the petitioner to contact the
appropriate
forum
-the
government.Musharraf has faced
criminal cases dating back to his
1999-2008 rule since returning to
Pakistan, including the murder of
former prime minister Benazir
Bhutto. He was granted bail in the
four main cases against him but
remains under guard at his
farmhouse on the edge of
Islamabad because of threats by
Taliban insurgents to his life.
Last month the government
announced it would put him on
trial for treason and he has been
ordered to appear before a special
court
on
December
24.
It will be the first time in
Pakistan's history that a former
military ruler will face a treason
trial.Speaking publicly last week
for the first time since being put
under house arrest in April,
Musharraf vowed to face justice
and not flee the country.
London lawyers for Musharraf on
Friday slammed the treason trial
as politically motivated and urged
the
UN
to
intervene.
They also called on the US and
Britain to "repay their debt" for
Musharraf's support in the US-led
"war on terror" in the wake of the
9/11 attacks. The Nation

Mr. Obama
looking into
the possibility
to change
surveillance
WASHINGTON — 23 Dec, Next
month President Barack Obama is
expected to change the way the
United States collects information
- domestic and foreign. A
presidential advisory panel has
submitted
46
broad
recommendations. The National
Security Agency has been under
fire for what many say is
excessive gathering of non-public
information on Americans culled
from phone calls and the Internet.
The recommendations are to reign
in U.S. collection of what's called
metadata, the phone logs of all
Americans, so their privacy can be
protected. The 300-pages report
urges a limit on the collection of
these records because of a "a
lurking danger of abuse." The
National
Security
Agency's
programs have grown since the
terror attacks of September 2001,
benefitting from advances in
technology.The panel suggests
that private providers, not the
NSA, store phone records.
Astonishments, surprises and
uncertainties are part of
Pakistani politics because it is
such a delicate bird that is still

The people of Pakistan selected
PML(N) after masses were fed

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif
promised that he is all to
‘change’ Pakistan and to
‘change’ the policies adopted
by PPP because PM Nawaz
assured masses that the policies
of
his
opponents
have
destroyed Pakistan to the limits.
Chief Minister Punjab Mian
Shahbaz Sharif another leader
of PML(N) who is ruling
Punjab for last many years and
has also served Punjab as a CM
who was considered an
opposing CM for the federal
government during his previous
tenure assured the masses of
the largest province of Pakistan
that Punjab is suffering due to
the ill management by the than
federal government and all
PML(N) efforts were futile till
the time the policies by the PPP
government continue. People of
Punjab accepted his plea and
helped him to get a second
historic success. In the same
manner Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf
and Mr. Imran Khan during and
before the elections 2013 in
loud and clear terms announced
that he and his party want a
‘changed’ Pakistan where there
would be no load shedding,
there would be ‘peace’ there
would be no war activities etc.
The people of Pakistan
accepted the plea by Mr. Imran

province. So far the Sindh
province is concerned matters
there are complicated because it
appears that in Karachi people
voted for harassment terror,

although all the political parties
including government and

the

people of Pakistan struggled a
lot to bring in free and
independent

in
Pakistan and Pakistani lawyers
along with honorable judges
struggled hard to established
free and independent judiciary
in Pakistan and media reports
are witness to the fact that
under the dynamic leadership
of Honorable Justice Tassaduq
Hussian Jillani the free and
independent judiciary is there
to provide justice to Pakistan.
So far the defence of the
country is concerned the Chief
of Army Staff General Raheel

who belongs to a family that

honor to be having two Nishane-Haiders in the family. It is
also a fact that the present

that Pakistan is an independent
and sovereign country. It
registered internationally that
the most important concern of
Pakistan is ‘disputed Kashmir’.
But it is also the fact that still
the
marked
improvement
needed to be seen in the society
is miles away. Still majority
Muslim Pakistanis those belief
that Prophet Muhammad is the
last and final Prophet God has
deputed for the guidance of
mankind feel insecure and feel
that ‘teachings’ by Prophet
Muhammad peace be upon him
are not only given a place as
such deserve but also in many
policy measures are badly
ignored, moreover they feel
that Pakistan a country that
came into being to protest and
secure the rights of Muslim
majority is the property of few
those are neither Muslims nor
Pakistanis and are least
concerned with the ‘lives’
‘religion’ and properties of
majority Pakistani Muslims.
Furthermore still each Pakistani
feels that his voice is not hard
as it deserves to be, opposition
is on roads ‘uncertainty’
prevails and national character
is heading towards ‘mob
psychology’ a situation that
recently Egypt Libya faced and
many other countries like
Jordan
and
Syria
even
European
countries
like
Ukraine are facing why is very
difficult to answer because
‘religion’ is always more dear
to life and wisdom and any
nation that feels that their
internal beliefs are not save not
only becomes unpredictable but
it is also difficult to control
such ‘groups’ and the ‘wisdom
‘needed to address such
delicate psychological states
perhaps is much needed in
Pakistan because India and
persons
under
scientific
‘behavior change moves and
other incentives including
‘economic’ by India in Pakistan
some under the cover of so
called’ liberalism are putting
hard to make Pakistan a
‘problem ridden state to make it
a pocket state of India and
millions of Kashmiris have
already sacrificed lives and
honors to save Islam and
Pakistan thinking that Islam
and
Pakistan
are
more
important than all the things
and Chief of Air Staff Tahir
Rafique Butt as a Kashmiri
knows about this fact . Now the
question is that if Prime
Minister Nawaz wants a
Muslim and Pakistani Pakistan
if CM Punjab Mr. Shahbaz
wants a Muslim and Pakistani
Pakistan as both promised
during previous elections if
Imran Khan of PTI wants a
Muslim and Pakistani Pakistan
and if Chief of Army Staff
General Raheel Sharif wants a
Muslim and Pakistani Pakistan
as it is mentioned in his oath as
COAS and if Chief Justice of
Pakistan Honorable Justice
Tassaduq Hussian Jillani the
custodian of the constitution of
Pakistan wants Muslim and
Pakistani Pakistan and above
all if the majority Muslim
Pakistanis
want
Muslim
Pakistan than who is there in
government and among masses
who does not want a Muslim
and Pakistani Pakistan and
recent Karachi operation has
revealed many facts? The
important question needed to be
answered on priority because
Islam and Pakistan….?
