2008 wrap-up:
 Continue with Linda Sharp on Contract Law and case method portion of O’Brien,
and with Holly Sheilley and Emily Dahlberg on NCAA SAR, Enforcement,
investigations process, recruiting sanctions, and ISAs eligibility certification
procedure analysis; completed submission to SMEJ by end of Summer – early
Fall
 Continue EA Sports project (inquire on collaborators’ portions by end of
Summer)
 Design two research method options for fantasy sports’ projects; identify
collaborators
 Submit SAR benchmark analysis early Summer w/ D. Pierce
 Revise International Comparative Sport Law (ICSL) pieces with Emily Dahlberg;
incorporate comparative EU-US matrices and Meca-Medina, Piau, Oulmers
settlement, Webster CAS award and any “Home-Grown” rule and FIFA transfer
system developments; consider breaking into two separate pieces: competition
and labor law emphasis on EU for JLAS re-submission, longer and complete
