The first destination of our tour lands us in western Uttar
Pradesh, India to the beautiful sight of the Taj Mahal.
There are many things to know about the location of
India. To start, the population of India is at an estimate of
1,139,964,932 people as of 2008 and has been on the rise
since the earliest records of 1960.
The major religions in India are
-Hinduism (80.5% of the population)
-Islamism (13.5% of the population)
-Christianity (3% of the population)
And -Sikhism (2.3% of the population).
There are many Symbols that represent India. Some
include the Mango the national fruit, the tiger the
national animal, the peacock the national bird , the Lotus
flower which is he national flower, and field hockey the
national sport of India are just some the many symbols
that represent India across the world . India has wide
variety of more than 21 languages spoken throughout its
nation. To name a few major languages spoken are
Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Gujarati, Nepali, Bengali,
Kashmiri, and Maithili. The climate of India is comprised
of a five main climate types. The 1st climate type is of
deserts, such as the “Thar Desert” in western India on the
border of Pakistan. The 2nd is of alpines of the far north in
the Himalayas. The 3rd climate is of the humid tropical
regions in India. The 4th climate is the areas of land in
which Monsoon (rain) covers the land for huge periods in a
year. The 5th climate is a dry humid state of weather which
occurs in many regions in India. India is renowned for its
vast amount culture, history, foods and spices, sports, and
monuments such as the Taj Mahal we will be visiting in our
tour. The flag is divided into three equal horizontal bars.
The top bar is orange, the middle bar is white with a
wheel in navy blue with 24 spokes to indicate the Dharma
Chakra, the wheel of law in the Sarnath Lion Capital. The
flag was made official on the 22nd of July, 1947.

Egypt
Block 4/D
Our second destination is the great pyramid of Giza is
located in the scorching deserts of Egypt. Egypt has a
population of 81,527,172 people, which increases at a rate
of 1,000,000 people per year. The major religions in
Egypt Muslims (80%) and remainder of the Egyptians
belong to the native Coptic Orthodox Church of
Alexandria. One of the Main national symbols of Egypt is
The Eagle of Saladin which depicting power, beauty, and
independence is the main emblem of Egypt. Some o the
languages spoken in Egypt are Egyptian, French Arabic,
English, and very little German is spoken also. The climate
in Egypt is Hot and Humid Throughout all of the day until
night when the temperature drops dramatically to a very
cold and numbing temperature. This climate affects
almost all off Egypt. Egypt is Known for its Lifestyle,
Ancient History, and Raw Materials such as cotton. Also its
famous monuments such as the sphinx and the great
pyramid of Giza which we will see in our tour. The current
flag of Egypt was made official on October 4, 1984.On the
flag, the Eagle of Saladin is centered in the white bar of
the three equal horizontal bars of red at the top, white,
and black at the bottom.

Italy
Block 4/D
The third destination in our tour brings us to the ancient
Roman Coliseum the beautiful city of Italy. Italy hosts a
population of 59,832,179 people. The major religions in
Italy are Catholic, Muslim, and Christianity. One of Italy’s
national symbols is its emblem, which has a white star
surrounded by 2 olive and oak leaves. The languages
spoken in Italy are Italian, Spanish, French, Arabic,
Berber, Romanian, and English. Italy’s climate changes
with the seasons. In the winter and fall the weather is
bluntly cold, and in the summer and spring the
temperature differs from 20 degrees to 30 degrees. Italy is
famous for its landmarks (such as the roman coliseum will
be visiting), its food, architecture, art, and rich history.
The flag of Italy has been used since June 19, 1946. The flag
is made up of 3 equal vertical bars, the colors from right to
left are Green, White, and Red.

d Our final destination in our tour takes us to the Chichen
Itza. First we will learn the basic information about
Mexico. The current population of Mexico as of 2008 was
106,350,434 people. The major religions in Mexico are
Christianity, Islamism, Buddhism, Judaism, and a small
percent of Mexico are atheist. The national symbols of
Mexico are the flag, its coat of arms, and its national
anthem. The coat of arms has golden Eagle trying to eat a
snake on top of a cactus. There are over 60 languages
spoken in Mexico. Te vast majority of Mexico speaks
Spanish, but the other major languages spoken in Mexico
are Nahuatl, Yuacatec Maya, Mixtec, and Tzeltal Maya.
There are two major climates in Mexico; they are the dry
and humid period of the year and the cold and rainy
period of year. Mexico is renowned for many things; one
thing is how Mexico is rich with history stretching back to
the earliest time periods. Another thing that they are
renowned for is how vanilla jalapeños, tomatoes,
chocolate, and the number 0 may have originated in
Mexico. The flag of Mexico includes three equal vertical
bars green on the left, a white bar in the middle with the
coat of arms (a golden eagle trying to eat a snake over a
cactus) in the center of the white stripe, and red stripe on
the right.
