dissolved to avoid viscosity and separation problems)
3) Add Kulu 10 with stirring, (Do not add more that the
recommended quantity as separation could occur.)
4) Add the remainder of the ingredients.
5) If your final product seems to be too thin, you can add 0.25%
NP 9 and stir. (Read the note first).
NOTE:
Your final product might seem to be thin, but remember that the
product that you buy in the shop is in a container with a very small
opening. Because of the small opening, it will appear to be thicker than
your final product, go and buy some and do a comparison.

1) Pour water in container and start stirring
2) Add the caustic lye. Keep stirring
3) Add Sulphonic Acid and stir until completely dissolve.
4) Adjust pH to between 6-8 with Citric Acid if needed.
5) Add sles and TEA and keep stirring
6) Check pH (6-8)
7) Add urea. (Dissolved in water.)
8) Add the fragrance to the CDE first and then add to mixture.
9) Add NP 9 while stirring.
10) Adjust the pH to 6.5 – 7.5 % with either caustic or citric
acid.
11) Add the formalin and fragrance.
12) Add colour
13) Add salt in small quantities until desired viscosity is
reached. Do not add more than 1.5%
