As a Board we have defined the IPA as an association of the Thought Leaders in our industry. It would stand to reason that our Board should be a representation of the member organizations we serve. To ensure that we are reaching this goal, we are creating a Board matrix to identify where we have appropriate diverse coverage and where we might be lacking. This will assist in helping us determine if any gaps should be filled with additional Board members, consultants (permanent or special project related), volunteers or staff.
