SECTION 25.

1.

CLASSIFICATION OF HAZARDOUS WASTE

The classes and subcategories of wastes listed in Table 1 shall be prescribed as hazardous waste for the purposes of these Rules and

Regulations.

2.

The types of wastes listed in Table 2 shall be exempted from the requirements of these Rules and Regulations.

3.

The listings provided for Tables 1 and 2 are not inclusive and shall be
