1. คาอธิบายรายวิชา
วิชานี้แบ่งออกเป็ น 2 ส่ วนเท่ากันของเวลาบรรยาย คือ เศรษฐศาสตร์ ทุนมนุษย์
และเศรษฐศาสตร์สุขภาพ
ผูส้ อนจะเน้นเรื่ องทฤษฎีทุนมนุษย์
การศึกษา
(Education)
และฝึ กอบรมระหว่างการทางาน (On the job training) เป็ นหลักในส่ วนแรก
ส่ วนหลังเน้นประเด็นหลักที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประสิ ทธิ ภาพ (Efficiency) และเสมอภาค (Equity)
ของบริ การสุ ขภาพ (Health care)
การศึกษาทั้งสองส่ วนมีจุดมุ่งหมาย 3 ประการคือ
1.
ต้องการให้นกั ศึกษารู ้และเข้าใจทฤษฎีพ้นื ฐานจนถึงทฤษฎีที่พฒั นามาจนถึงปั จจุบนั ในการอธิ บายถึ
งประเด็นต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.
ต้องการให้นกั ศึกษาได้รู้และเข้าใจวิธีการศึกษา
(methodology)
ของการวิเคราะห์ผลของการตั้งคาถามต่อประเด็นต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.ต้องการให้นกั ศึกษาสามารถแจกแจงและวิเคราะห์ (identify and analyze) ความแตกต่าง
ข้อดีและข้อด้อย ทฤษฎีและวิธีการศึกษาที่ได้เรี ยนไป รวมทั้งนาไปประยุกต์ใช้ต่อไปได้

3. การประเมินผลการเรียน แบ่งออกเป็ น 3 ส่ วน คือ
1) สอบกลางภาคการศึกษา 30 % ของคะแนนทั้งหมด
2) สอบไล่เมื่อสิ้ นภาคการศึกษา 40 % ของคะแนนทั้งหมด
2) รายงานในหัวข้อที่ตนเองเลือก 30 % ของคะแนนทั้งหมด (โดยที่รายงานมีขนาดไม่เกิน
30 หน้ากระดาษ A4 และกาหนดให้นาเสนอในชั้นเรี ยนคนละ 20 นาที ในคาบสุ ดท้ายของวิชานี้
