It demands a five week, seven day commitment from each of the participants. It is best suited for those students who are highly motivated and who are strongly committed to a graduate or professional education. All majors within the School of Social Sciences or Social Ecology. Minimum 36 units completed with at least a 2.8 GPA. Completed the lower division writing requirement and preferably, though not required, one year of statistics or calculus. Must be enrolled at UC Irvine for the 2013-2014 academic year; preference given to students who plan to graduate 2015 and beyond. 1 Letter of Recommendation.
